Role Overview
As Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for the store’s performance. This position requires strong analytical abilities to recognize when strategic changes are necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct your team in driving sales activities and achieving profitability goals.
- Mentor and encourage your team to develop passion and expertise regarding store products.
- Lead a motivated team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences for customers.
- Recruit, select, and train dedicated employees while preparing succession plans.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in retail management.
- Proven success in overseeing commercial retail operations.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated commitment to a team-first and customer-focused business approach.
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing legislation and industry best practices.
- Willingness to work four weekend shifts monthly, including at least one Saturday and one Sunday, plus at least one evening shift weekly until store closure.
