Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing your own store and leading your team. This role requires hands-on leadership, multitasking to uphold operational excellence and meet sales targets. Many stores also provide an online home delivery service, so experience with managing a busy digital operation is advantageous.
The ideal candidate should be hardworking, proactive, and able to inspire the team by embedding company values throughout the store environment.
