  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards, monitoring store performance metrics, organizing shifts efficiently, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Enforce strict health and safety protocols and uphold product quality standards to guarantee freshness and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately report daily key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory levels, and commissary supply transfers for the store.
  • Reduce waste by managing inventory levels carefully and adjusting stock to match business demands.
  • Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams to foster customer growth and community engagement, including building strong relationships with local businesses and residents.
  • Implement and consistently apply company training materials related to products, services, and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure, along with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities and execute ideas efficiently within budget constraints.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and German.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to explore new growth opportunities.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work closely with a seasoned leadership team to grow an innovative lifestyle coffee brand.
