More Retail Private Limited, affiliated with Amazon, is currently expanding its footprint throughout North Karnataka and seeks skilled retail professionals to join their growing team.

Job Summary

We are recruiting for Store Manager roles to oversee daily store functions and lead teams across locations in North Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities at the store including managing shifts and allocating team members.
• Promote sales growth, enhance customer service quality, and meet store-specific key performance indicators.
• Supervise inventory accuracy, merchandising presentation, billing processes, and efforts to minimize losses due to shrinkage.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, adhere to compliance regulations, and follow all standard operating procedures.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and manage team effectiveness/performance.
• Independently manage shift operations and prepare basic reports as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in retail or supermarket store operations is preferred.
• Experience within supermarkets or grocery domains is advantageous.
• Applicants from related retail sectors such as apparel, fashion, quick-service restaurants, or lifestyle segments with strong operational and leadership capabilities are considered.
• Basic educational qualifications are acceptable.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Competence in retail operational processes and problem-solving.
