Job Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver freshly prepared pizzas to customers promptly, ensuring top-notch service and positive interactions.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with Domino’s brand image as you represent the company.
• Display proficient map-reading and navigation skills to locate addresses in the delivery area, including complex locations such as multi-story buildings and private residences.
• Manage repetitive tasks effectively, coordinate with team members and customers, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Assist in stocking and taking inventory of ingredients, transporting supplies between storage areas, coolers, and workstations, while completing necessary documentation.
• Handle telephone orders quickly and accurately to expedite customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Perform quick and accurate mathematical calculations for transactions, including making change.
• Operate necessary equipment like computer keyboards, touch screens, and foot pedals comfortably.

Physical Demands

• Predominantly standing during shifts, walking on surfaces such as ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Regularly assist with unloading bulk deliveries which may weigh up to 50 pounds, requiring lifting and stacking.
• Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs during job duties.
• Require hand-eye coordination for tasks such as shaping dough, handling pizza peels and cutters, and folding pizza boxes.

Qualifying Criteria

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Possess at least one year of valid driving history.
• Have access to a personally insured vehicle suitable for delivering pizzas.
• Clear company-required Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
