Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate in a crew position, you'll find an entry-level role designed with flexible schedules to accommodate your lifestyle. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and, in some foodservice roles, food preparation and safety. While prior cashier, foodservice, or customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A positive attitude combined with professional training will enable you to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers handling customer payments accurately.
• Manage fuel transactions efficiently and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Stock merchandise and food supplies regularly.
• Prepare food items following health and safety regulations, including coffee and other customer favorites.
• Promote the store's loyalty rewards program to customers.
• Perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds when required.
