About SoSafe
SoSafe is dedicated to becoming Europe's leading provider in human risk management through its award-winning awareness platform. The platform fosters behavioral change by delivering engaging and effective training and simulations centered on cybersecurity and data protection. With global cybercrime losses exceeding $10 trillion annually and increasing by 15% each year, SoSafe aims to be part of the solution.
Location Requirements
This position is available exclusively to candidates residing in and legally authorized to work within the UK, Portugal, or Ireland. Applications from other locations will not be considered.
Role Mission
The role's core mission is to ensure that SoSafe’s platform is deployable, reliable, and adaptable within the enterprise security ecosystem. Security-conscious organizations evaluate not only the platform's content but also its architecture and demonstrate capabilities. The Staff Product Manager will own the enterprise control plane elements such as user provisioning, identity authentication, access governance, platform extensibility, and the demo infrastructure that supports the go-to-market efforts. These features directly affect customer acquisition speed, retention, and platform expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for SoSafe’s platform capabilities focusing on effortless onboarding and sustained customer success, with an emphasis on user and identity management, authentication, access control, platform extensibility, and demo infrastructure.
- Manage the product roadmap for enterprise-essential features including SCIM-based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, role-based access control (RBAC), and the external API and integrations, balancing immediate enterprise needs with long-term scalability.
- Oversee the demo infrastructure ensuring environments and tools used by Sales and Solutions Engineering are stable, realistic, easy to maintain, and aligned with current product releases, so prospects see an accurate representation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify procurement challenges, security review patterns, and deployment issues at the enterprise level, translating insights into a strategic roadmap that accelerates deal closure and minimizes time-to-value.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, and Technical Program Management teams to deliver platform features that are reliable, compliant, and trusted by IT and security professionals deploying at scale.
- Define and execute the platform extensibility strategy, covering API surfaces, integration patterns, partner ecosystems, and developer experience to facilitate seamless embedding of SoSafe within customers’ broader security infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to effectively communicate SoSafe’s enterprise readiness, support pre-sales security evaluations, and assist with RFP responses.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for platform capabilities to quantify their effects on enterprise conversion rates, deployment timelines, and product expansion.
- Deliver incremental product enhancements, learn from early users, and uphold exceptional standards for security and reliability throughout development.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with measurable commercial impact, such as identity and access management, platform extensibility, integration ecosystems, enterprise administration, compliance, or sandbox/demo infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and provisioning standards including SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, and RBAC, with the ability to lead technical discussions with engineering teams and enterprise clients.
- Proven skills in prioritizing product outcomes, balancing long-term platform investments with immediate enterprise sales requirements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders around a unified platform vision.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging with enterprise security teams or IT buyers, particularly navigating procurement security reviews, compliance mandates, or InfoSec audits.
- Practical knowledge of platform extensibility through API design, developer experience, version management, rate limiting, webhook strategies, or partner ecosystem development.
- Experience managing demo or sandbox environments, including maintaining stability, up-to-date data, and production-representative setups across rapid deployment cycles.
- Familiarity with identity provider ecosystems such as Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Entra and their integration into enterprise IT infrastructures.
Employee Benefits
- Flexible working hours to maintain work/life balance along with 33 vacation days annually.
- Access to wellbeing and financial support programs including corporate discounts and mental health resources.
- Engagement opportunities through virtual events, team-building activities, and chances to participate in local meet-ups.
- Additional perks including modern technology equipment, employee referral bonuses, and a dog-friendly office environment.
- Benefits may vary by office location and are detailed during the hiring process.
