About the Team

Our global data team spans Australia, China, the USA, and Singapore, focusing on applied data science, data engineering, and platform solutions to support rapid company growth. The role involves collaboration with diverse cross-functional units including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to solve complex data challenges and shape fintech's future.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and test opportunities to enhance the product, driving development roadmaps based on insights and recommendations.
• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets to address diverse business challenges using various analytical and statistical techniques.
• Employ quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and effective data presentation to devise product strategies.
• Set goals, forecast outcomes, and track key product metrics to evaluate success and detect trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to support and guide product strategy and investment decisions.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in the industry and a degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Proven ability to communicate analytical results effectively to executives and cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy.
• Expertise in data querying languages such as SQL and scripting languages like Python, and/or experience with statistical/mathematical software such as R. Knowledge of schema design and dimensional data modeling is a plus.
• Competency in performing statistical analyses to inform data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in technology, financial services, and/or high-growth environments is advantageous.
