About the Role

The position of SSHE Officer at Nestlé Waters KSA, located in Almanhal Water Factory, Jiddah Industrial Area, involves maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy working environment compliant with company policies and Nestlé standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures in line with Nestlé's standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations to detect workplace hazards that could harm individuals, property, or the environment.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting and photographing them, analyzing data to produce reports detailing findings and suggestions for corrective measures.
• Perform ergonomic assessments of workspaces, review employee processes, and suggest modifications to reduce discomfort.
• Collaborate with staff to minimize accident frequency and severity, fostering a workplace culture committed to safety and loss prevention.
• Deliver safety training sessions as needed.
• Develop and prepare emergency response plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Consistently comply with Nestlé EHS rules and procedures during working hours to safeguard personal and others' safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the health and safety sector.
• Possession of the SAFETY Kawader certificate.
• Additional certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, HSE, or OSH are advantageous.
