SPMT Operator International

Overview

Join Mammoet as an SPMT Operator and participate in critical international transport projects, based in Europe. You'll operate some of the industry's largest, most sophisticated Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMTs) for moving oversized and heavy cargo crucial to high-profile engineering ventures worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Operate SPMTs to safely maneuver and transport heavy loads.
• Assemble, disassemble, load, and unload SPMTs and related auxiliary equipment.
• Execute load movements precisely as per project specifications.
• Conduct periodic and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure all activities meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse international team throughout Europe.

Requirements

• Completed technical education relevant to the role.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in similar roles or industries.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in related sectors such as civil engineering, construction, energy, oil & gas, offshore, ports, or mining is advantageous.
• Valid permit to work and reside in Europe.
