Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional spa services in alignment with Shangri-La's renowned standards of quality and hospitality. This role involves delivering professional treatments, ensuring the highest guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding spa services at all stages of the guest's visit, adhering strictly to hotel and spa protocols.
• Perform spa treatments skillfully and efficiently, tailored to guest preferences.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests during their spa experiences.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitary conditions of treatment rooms throughout the day.
• Acquire and utilize in-depth knowledge of spa packages, facilities, and equipment to improve guest experiences.
• Manage individual treatment schedules and guest interactions independently.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working within a spa setting is essential.
• Strong passion for wellness and holistic health practices, including foot reflexology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive connections with guests.
• Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of guests and team members.
• Possession of valid professional certifications such as CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, IFA, or equivalent qualifications.
