Role Overview

As a Spa Consultant, you will be a full-time on-site team member responsible for welcoming and assisting guests at the spa. Your duties involve understanding guest needs to recommend suitable treatments, packages, and products aligned with their wellness goals. Managing bookings and ensuring seamless communication between guests and therapists will be essential. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, maintaining a tranquil and professional spa atmosphere, supporting sales of spa products, and accurately conveying service information including pricing and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with guests to determine their wellness preferences and recommend appropriate spa treatments.
• Coordinate appointments and manage treatment schedules efficiently.
• Facilitate smooth communication between guests and therapists to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain a calm, professional environment within the spa.
• Promote retail sales of spa products and ensure guests are well informed about offerings and special deals.
• Collaborate with spa staff to uphold service standards and provide guest follow-up and feedback support.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols within the spa premises.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service abilities with a focus on creating personalized and welcoming spa experiences.
• Proven skills in sales and product recommendations within a consultative framework.
• Experience or aptitude in training guests and team members on spa etiquette, services, and wellness practices.
• Solid understanding of therapeutic massage and skincare services to effectively communicate benefits and advise on treatments.
• Prior experience working in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality settings is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently handle bookings and guest requests.
