Your Role

• Collaborate in a team along with developers, testers, and project managers to deliver superior solutions for our pension software.
• Develop and implement new features and enhancements based on Smalltalk programming language.
• Translate new requirements for our pension software into working solutions.
• Analyze, design, and implement customized extensions tailored for clients.
• Provide third-level technical support by assisting the support team with complex software issues.
• Document and resolve software defects and errors.

Your Profile

• You hold a technical university degree in fields like computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar.
• You have practical experience with Smalltalk from professional work or academic settings.
• You are familiar with object-oriented programming principles and have foundational knowledge of database management systems and related technologies such as Java and PostgreSQL.
• You are eager to learn and develop continuously in both technological and personal aspects.
• You possess excellent spoken and written German language skills, minimally at C1 level.
