Responsibilities

• Create and evolve mid-term technical roadmaps across several teams to address future infrastructure needs.

• Exhibit proficiency in artificial intelligence technologies and articulate experience with AI tools during recruitment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years in software development.
• 3+ years working with large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of people management and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in Java, C++, or both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 3 years of experience operating within a complex, matrixed corporate environment.
• A passion for technology, collaboration, and tackling challenging problems.
