Financial Product Engineering Team

This team's focus is to develop a comprehensive financial system integrated with employee and HR data. Their goal is to simplify complex financial operations such as global payroll, spend management, tax compliance, and fintech infrastructure, providing businesses with real-time financial visibility and control.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and build dependable backend services and APIs that support key product features and business logic at scale.
  • Handle multiple technical areas including API and event modeling, data architecture, and performance enhancement of services.
  • Manage entire feature lifecycles from development to deployment and ongoing maintenance in production environments.
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams, contribute technical insights, and adapt quickly based on feedback.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' professional experience as a backend engineer using Python, Go, or similar languages alongside relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Focus on impactful development balancing quality and speed to deliver business value rapidly.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment with adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
