Role Summary

Based at the headquarters in Augsburg, this role involves joining an agile product management team to enhance our industry-leading healthcare software. You will take charge of gathering and managing product requirements, focusing particularly on data, statistics, billing, and process optimization. Collaborating closely with internal and external partners, you will ensure that our solutions meet market expectations while upholding top quality standards. This position provides the opportunity to contribute strategically to evolving our product portfolio and influencing the future direction of care technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage requirement gathering by translating client and market needs into precise product specifications, with emphasis on financial metrics, statistics, billing, and optimization processes
  • Conduct process analyses within target user groups to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor a rolling product roadmap with clear prioritization
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and software architects to align technical and functional requirements
  • Communicate product ideas and needs with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
  • Ensure transparency of the product strategy across the organization
  • Support product success through coordination with development, support, consulting, marketing, and sales teams
  • Provide ongoing care and refinement of long-term standardized software aligned with the overall portfolio strategy
  • Monitor the market, regulations, and trends to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within healthcare or technology-driven sectors
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire product lifecycle
  • Curiosity for innovation combined with analytical, solution-focused mindset
  • Quick learner with strong communication abilities and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Self-motivated with an interest in agile methodologies
  • Fluent German language skills (minimum level C1) both spoken and written
