Job Overview
Centra in Dooradoyle is seeking a dedicated Shop Floor Assistant to maintain and present merchandise across various departments. The role involves stock management, ensuring hygiene standards, and upholding the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Display, rotate, and face stock within assigned sections while adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Embody and promote Centra's values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Focused.
- Handle order processing for different departments efficiently.
- Maintain excellent store presentation consistently.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding layout changes and ensure proper implementation of planograms including ends and sides.
- Apply appropriate labelling and stock rotation methods.
- Verify deliveries following the established goods-in procedures.
- Organize and keep the back storage area clean and orderly.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong communication abilities.
- High attention to detail along with organizational skills and adaptability.
- Proactive and capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM approximately.
