Qualifications
- At least some high school education completed.
- Prior experience in operations preferred.
- Must meet local requirements for food safety such as obtaining Food Handler certification at own expense.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The role requires standing for extended periods, working with hot steam tables and food vapors, and demanding kitchen conditions including heat and noise. Tasks involve preparing hot and cold foods, handling kitchen knives and equipment promptly and accurately, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching across counters approximately 36 inches high. Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic priorities, and manage challenging situations is essential.
