Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Planner to join our proactive Initial Hygiene team based in either Wellington or Palmerston North. This crucial role involves managing and organising service schedules to ensure smooth operational flow and enable technicians to provide excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules.
- Enhance service routing within the Lower North Island to minimize travel duration and boost on-site efficiency.
- Confirm appointments with customers and promptly communicate any changes.
- Coordinate urgent service demands in collaboration with sales teams and technicians.
- Address schedule gaps caused by cancellations, technician availability, or weather disturbances.
- Adjust customer appointments as necessary due to operational or weather factors.
- Ensure timely scheduling and completion of all maintenance treatments.
- Maintain precise service documentation and update company systems accordingly.
- Resolve service-related concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Facilitate clear communication between technicians, customers, and internal departments.
- Provide routing and appointment confirmation assistance to other regions when required.
