Service Delivery Project Manager

Role Overview

This position involves leading IT project planning and execution to align with business strategies and optimize processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business process owners to define business requirements and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Design integrated business solutions and workflows across departments to enhance efficiency.
• Manage IT projects ensuring deadlines and deliverables align with business needs.
• Map and document user journeys reflecting business workflows.
• Lead discussions on project scope and deliverables, prepare detailed project plans, allocate resources, control budgets, and monitor progress.
• Handle project scoping, effort estimations, work scheduling, team leadership, staffing, and performance feedback.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and resolve issues relating to scope changes or conflicts.
• Create, execute, and document testing strategies to validate deliverables' quality.
• Deploy deliverables with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Conduct quality control, analyze project performance, and identify improvement areas.
• Communicate project updates to ensure transparency among stakeholders.
• Support project delivery and governance reporting as required.

Experience and Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in IT project management relevant to the assigned skill band.
• Track record of managing software and business projects within the utilities sector.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

• Only candidates residing in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC are eligible to apply.
• Compensation is fixed at 26000 QAR per month including standard benefits.
