ParamInfo seeks an experienced Senior WebMethods Developer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of integration and middleware development experience and advanced skills in webMethods technologies and Kubernetes container orchestration. This role involves full lifecycle ownership of integration solutions across webMethods Integration Server, API Gateway, and Universal Messaging along with administering Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Primary Responsibilities

- Administer webMethods API Gateway focusing on policy enforcement, security protocols like OAuth2, JWT and API key management, traffic throttling, version control, and API lifecycle management.
- Set up and manage Universal Messaging infrastructure including topics, queues, access controls, clustering, persistent storage, and failover mechanisms.
- Deploy and troubleshoot webMethods components on Kubernetes platforms using Helm charts, StatefulSets, and managing ConfigMaps and Secrets with scalability considerations.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps to streamline build, test, and deployment processes of integration assets.
- Analyze and resolve performance, connectivity, and cluster issues such as those involving Terracotta Server Array and Apache Ignite topologies to prevent split-brain scenarios.

- Handle database connectivity, stored procedure development, data transformation, and consistency troubleshooting to support integrations.
- Establish monitoring and observability frameworks using Application Insights, ELK Stack, or Grafana and lead root cause investigations for system incidents.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and downstream teams to confirm integration requirements and deliverables.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to standardizing coding practices, developing reusable integration components.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in integration and middleware, with at least 5 years dedicated to webMethods technologies including Integration Server, API Gateway, and Universal Messaging.
- Deep knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, JSON and XML data formats, and messaging protocols.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes technologies such as deployments, service networking, and troubleshooting containers.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and scripting languages including YAML, Shell, and Python or equivalents.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in stored procedures and data transformation tasks.
