Mission and Role
Joining exmox means working on large-scale systems and high-performing consumer products used by millions. The role of Senior Technical Product Manager centers not just on releasing features but on building technically sound, high-impact products. You'll integrate AI tools to accelerate workflows and play a critical role in transforming strategy into detailed product decisions, influencing millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and steer the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by collaborating with engineering leaders while considering technical constraints and business priorities.
- Lead product discovery, define clear requirements with precise user stories and acceptance criteria, balancing inputs from engineering, user research, data, and stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of the product backlog including grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization; actively engage in technical discussions and architecture reviews.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs and technical realities.
- Leverage A/B testing, analytics, and system monitoring to validate hypotheses and drive continual product optimization.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Technical Product Manager familiar with mobile gaming, advertising technology, e-commerce, or online marketing sectors.
- Strong engineering literacy with ability to understand APIs, architectures, and database designs to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Proficient in agile methodologies, managing a product backlog and sprint activities to maximize team efficiency.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making supported by quantitative analysis, funnel metrics, and product analytics tools.
- At least 4 years working with cross-functional teams on products with millions of users.
- Excellent problem solver with capability to dissect complex problems and implement testable solutions.
- Ownership mentality focused on removing obstacles and accountability for product outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to tailor messaging for technical and business audiences alike.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance priorities and maintain a strategic viewpoint.
