Role Overview
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Bloomreach for the MENA region, you will be a pivotal technical advisor within a dynamic sales team. Your responsibilities include advancing the sales process by collaborating closely with Account Executives, showcasing product capabilities, creating tailored demonstrations, and translating business needs into effective technical solutions. You will foster lasting partnerships by supporting marketing, data, and IT stakeholders during architecture discussions and contributing to the refinement of processes and tools essential for Bloomreach’s growth in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to lead discovery sessions, develop solutions, and conduct technical presentations for Bloomreach Engagement.
- Customize product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts; respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Interpret client challenges and design technical solutions that highlight clear business value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, current customers, and partners.
- Facilitate architectural conversations among marketing, data, and IT teams.
- Enhance tools and processes to support scaling operations within the EMEA region.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pre-sales, consultancy, or customer-facing technology roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven, inquisitive, and adept at managing fast-moving sales cycles.
- Knowledge of marketing technology stacks, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Motivated and eager to advance within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience with martech tools such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), campaign orchestration, or customer data pipelines.
- Understanding of platforms like Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
