We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support strategic ARIS opportunities across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate passionately for Business Process Management (BPM) principles.
• Lead and support cross-team collaboration throughout client purchasing processes.
• Engage with executive leadership to communicate the benefits and value of ARIS BPM solutions.
• Act as a trusted consultant offering expert advice on BPM best practices and solution execution.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of ARIS capabilities.
• Respond accurately to customer queries, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Develop and manage robust Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives.
• Design industry- or scenario-specific showcases to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback that drives product improvements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor landscape to enhance solution positioning.
• Mentor junior staff on BPM methodologies and solution delivery.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and market approach planning.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote ARIS BPM solutions and gather market intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 10 years of presales experience.
• Expertise in presenting technology solutions to senior stakeholders with a focus on business value and outcomes.
• Hands-on familiarity with ARIS or comparable BPM platforms, including demonstration and configuration capabilities.
• Strong technical knowledge to address inquiries regarding product architecture, security, and integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving prowess to quickly identify client challenges and recommend suitable BPM solutions.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners.
• Keeping current with BPM trends, tools, and best practices to foster continuous innovation and improvement.
• Fluency in English at a business level.

Preferred Experience

• Background as a BPM practitioner in presales or consulting roles.
• Familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
• Experience implementing or extensively using ARIS or similar mature BPM software.
• Involvement in key transformation, operational excellence, compliance, or risk management projects as a consultant, subject matter expert, or project manager.
