Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to gather requirements and partner with architects to design comprehensive enterprise software solutions.
• Develop new features and improve existing functionalities from initial design through deployment and testing.
• Engage in agile development cycles to consistently deliver high-quality software.
• Address enhancements and resolve bugs in current applications.
• Assess, maintain, and enhance performance of distributed systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers regarding technical aspects.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in application development using Java, Spring framework, JavaScript, and database technologies.
• Experienced in build automation with Jenkins.
• Knowledge or exposure to Artificial Intelligence technologies is a beneficial addition.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to various stakeholders.
• Competent in Linux command-line operations and shell scripting.
