Role Overview
This role involves leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) alongside system administration expertise to support software development and continuous integration processes in Linux-centric environments.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with strong system administration capabilities.
- Develop software and manage continuous integration pipelines effectively.
- Operate proficiently within Linux operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Use automation and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Helm Charts, Vault, New Relic, and Graylog.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of computer networking concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, especially within animation (films, TV, video games) or related fields.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills crucial for cross-functional teamwork.
- Relevant certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Docker Certified Associate are advantageous.
