Overview
Join Certivity's Data team as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on building advanced systems to extract and verify structured data from regulatory documents. Engage with complex engineering challenges that have significant practical implications, collaborating closely with a skilled team to deliver end-to-end production software. Leverage AI-assisted coding tools regularly to enhance development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable services for extracting structured data from regulatory documents.
- Create and maintain tools ensuring data accuracy throughout ingestion pipelines.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Integrate AI coding tools into daily software development workflows.
- Participate in defining technical architecture and fostering a positive engineering culture.
Candidate Profile
- Possess over 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Be comfortable and effective using AI tools for coding tasks.
- Have practical experience handling data extraction at scale.
- Hold senior-level experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Be skilled in using Git, command-line interfaces, and deploying containerized solutions like Docker.
- Exhibit clear communication skills thriving within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work in a hybrid setting based in Munich office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with regulatory or compliance-related datasets.
- Background in machine learning pipelines or working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
