Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, high-performance, and scalable software solutions using C++.
• Advance automation efforts by writing meaningful unit and integration tests (e.g., using Catch2) and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership to Junior and Mid-Level developers, actively mentoring and supporting their professional growth.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for challenging issues and regularly conduct pair programming sessions.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in software development with an emphasis on modern C++ (C++23) and the Qt framework.
• Proficiency in applying software design patterns and experience in architecting complex distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead developers technically and enjoy explaining complex technical topics clearly and patiently.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English, demonstrating openness and respect.
