Job Overview

The Senior Reliability Engineer will play an essential role in driving the development, qualification, and reliability analysis of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. The individual will be responsible for conducting rigorous reliability stress tests, evaluating product and device life cycles, and identifying potential reliability concerns. This position involves collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate reliable test processes, execution, data analysis, and technical communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and analyze reliability assessments for technologies such as SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE, including ongoing monitoring.
  • Engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams to architect and apply hardware and software methods for reliability characterization.
  • Create and refine wafer-level and package-level reliability testing approaches and corresponding test software.
  • Develop and deliver detailed technical reliability reports and presentations, support customer engagements, and contribute to evaluating reliability risks.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Engineering, Science, or a relevant technical field.
  • At least two years of pertinent experience in reliability engineering, device physics, or semiconductor testing.
  • Familiarity with wafer manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of MOS device physics and statistical analysis related to reliability.
