Role Overview

In this permanent Singapore-based role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for the APAC region, focusing on Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Partnerships, and Sales Engineering teams, while having flexibility to support hiring across other functions. You will collaborate closely with regional and global leadership to scale teams that fuel growth in APAC and elevate Delinea's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for commercial and sales roles in APAC, including sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Develop trusted partnerships with Sales, Channel, and Sales Engineering leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Create and maintain talent maps and pipelines in APAC markets to anticipate recruiting needs proactively.
• Steer regional talent attraction initiatives to position Delinea as an employer of choice.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, reporting accuracy, and refine structured interview processes with materials like scorecards and interview guides.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with Delinea’s brand and values at every recruitment stage.
• Offer data-driven market insights regarding talent availability, hiring trends, and compensation to inform hiring decisions.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• More than six years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on Enterprise SaaS Sales and related commercial roles in the APAC region.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting across Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel Sales, and Sales Engineering roles and ability to adapt to other functions.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and credibility building at various organizational levels.
• Experience in pipeline development and enhancing employer brand visibility beyond immediate role fulfillment.
• Proficient in managing recruitment technology systems and advanced hiring processes with an emphasis on structure and coaching.
• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Thorough understanding of APAC recruitment markets, regional trends, and compensation practices.
