Role Overview

We are searching for a Senior Proposals Writer to become a key member of our dynamic and diverse team. This role focuses on developing persuasive, well-crafted proposals for clinical trials that support advancing novel treatments and therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to gather and consolidate information essential for proposal drafting.
• Compose and refine proposals to clearly articulate study aims, methodologies, and client value propositions.
• Ensure all proposals adhere to client guidelines, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Perform research including competitive analysis and market trend assessment to inform proposal content.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee timely submission and review.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, English, Communications, or related discipline; advanced degrees are favorable.
• Demonstrate proven experience in proposal writing or similar roles within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research sectors.
• Exhibit strong writing and editing capabilities with an aptitude for communicating complex details effectively and convincingly.
• Possess keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle several projects concurrently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
