About the Role
KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) delivers comprehensive solutions across the full asset lifecycle, including cutting-edge process technologies, advisory services, and energy transition strategies. We are seeking a Senior Planner to develop and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and general service activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans across various disciplines.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation and procurement for timely execution of scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Analyze and document critical operational and maintenance issues affecting equipment and utilities availability at SATORP.
- Engage in cross-divisional meetings to develop maintenance schedules and offer technical insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with CET Division to monitor plan progress and conduct technical studies to introduce improvements in planning and implementation processes.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to guarantee availability of maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for work completion.
- Prepare and maintain statistical reports related to maintenance activities at SATORP.
- Utilize SAP and other relevant software tools to efficiently manage routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Assist in setting and monitoring Contractor Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain historical data and records of maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions.
- Adhere strictly to SHE procedures before and during all work activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School education, or minimum 8 years with a Diploma qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance operations.
- Exceptional organizational and proactive communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams.
- Ability to make sound judgments under pressure and effectively resolve issues.
- Strategic management capabilities.
Additional Information
This position is based in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires working onsite full-time. Candidates should be ready to engage with multiple departments and stakeholders for smooth maintenance operations in a demanding industrial environment.
