Role Overview
The Senior Partner Solution Architect provides expert technical guidance and co-development assistance to Workday partners, helping design and develop compelling solutions. This role functions as the in-house authority for Workday Platform integrations and applications developed via Built on Workday. Responsibilities include reviewing partner-created integrations, supporting application and agent development for the marketplace, and bridging communication with Workday product teams to convey partner technical needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Guide partners in initial design processes, resolve technical challenges, and aid in solution delivery
- Possess strong understanding of HR and Finance business processes
- Design, build, and troubleshoot software integrations utilizing web services such as SOAP, REST, JSON, HTTP, and SSL
- Apply expertise in XML-based technologies including XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath
- Maintain high attention to detail and demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with effective multitasking
Preferred Additional Skills and Experiences
- Experience working directly with Workday or within its software alliance ecosystem
- Functional industry knowledge in sectors such as retail, technology, or healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Adept at continuous learning with a problem-solving and curious mindset
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse teams across organizational levels
- Familiarity with Workday Extend or possession of Workday delivery/integration certifications
- Extensive experience in AI and data architecture, especially with cloud platforms and Hyperscalers/Data Clouds like AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks
Compensation and Work Environment
The base salary range for this position in Ireland is €69,000 to €103,400 EUR, subject to relevant experience, skills, education, responsibilities, location, and business requirements. Eligible candidates may benefit from bonus plans and stock grants.
Workday embraces flexible working arrangements combining remote and in-person collaboration, requiring at least 50% presence in the office or field per quarter depending on role needs.
