Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Merchandiser within the sales team, your main responsibility is to maximize product visibility and availability on shelves across all assigned retail outlets. This includes adhering to planogram standards for shelf and off-shelf displays and executing in-store sampling and promotional activities as needed. Any discrepancies or non-compliance with agreed merchandising arrangements must be promptly reported to the pre-seller.

• Visit designated on-trade (OT) outlets as per the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise PepsiCo’s SSFL product range at all accessible points within stores, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place point-of-sale (POS) materials adjacent to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all merchandising access points comply with approved planograms.
• Rotate products using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method and remove any substandard items.
• Maintain clean, fresh stock of SSFL products at all times.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular reports.
• Report any deviations from agreed customer/outlet terms to the pre-seller immediately.
• Submit daily activity reports reflecting the prior day’s work to the supervisor.
• Participate in promotional sampling and redemption campaigns as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior aligned with Frito Lay's code of conduct.
