Senior Manager Cyber Security (Financial Services)

As part of EY's Financial Services Cyber-Security team in Germany, you will protect clients from the banking, insurance, and asset management sectors by addressing technical, organizational, and personnel aspects of cybersecurity, data protection, and threat mitigation. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients in banking, insurance, and asset management on information technologies and cybersecurity strategies.
• Conduct attack and penetration tests across web applications, mobile platforms, servers, databases, and infrastructure, including Red/Blue Team assessments and source code analysis.
• Support areas such as identity and access management, cybersecurity organization, cloud security, information security, risk management, and data protection compliance.
• Participate in emergency and crisis management, business continuity planning, and IT service continuity management.
• Review and advise on cybersecurity transformation projects throughout their lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies in business, technical, or natural sciences with strong enthusiasm for cybersecurity topics including security processes, databases, cloud, and networking.
• Familiarity with standards and regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001, MaRisk, BAIT, and GDPR is desirable.
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English at a minimum C1 level.
