Job description
Overview
This role involves leading the delivery of comprehensive research projects primarily targeting the US market, supporting Publicis agency clients while working within the Epsilon research team. Responsibilities span from designing study methodologies to producing final reports, contributing to business growth for both Epsilon and Publicis. The Senior Manager reports to the Senior Director of Consumer Insights and works closely with coordinators on project execution, managing the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of primary research projects including scoping, designing research proposals, creating questionnaires aligned to objectives, conducting analysis, and delivering final presentations and insights to agency teams and clients.
- Support CI Coordinator/Programmer with project execution activities such as survey testing before field deployment, monitoring fieldwork progress, and maintaining communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple projects ensuring organization and prioritization of concurrent tasks.
- Contribute to departmental process improvements and tracking mechanisms as needed.
- Ensure all consumer data and privacy protocols comply with business and legal requirements.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as time allows.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in quantitative consumer research, including survey design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail combined with problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable work approach, flexible to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data presentation.
- Quick learner with initiative-taking ability.
Desirable Attributes
- Educational background or formal training in market research.
- Experience in a fast-paced research supplier environment or agency support roles.
- Familiarity with Qualtrics survey software is considered a plus.
Compensation
The anticipated annual salary range is CAD 90,700 to 129,500, with exact compensation depending on experience, skills, and certifications, reflecting current market standards.
