Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure the mall and office spaces maintain full occupancy while meeting rental budget targets.
- Manage assigned tenancies, ensuring lease renewals are completed promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports such as leasing minutes, asset reviews, and the annual business plan.
- Ensure lease administration processes are well-maintained in partnership with the Leasing Director and team.
- Support the mall’s vision by contributing to the desired tenant mix through proactive retailer engagement and prospecting.
- Work cross-functionally with the Centre Management Office to address and resolve tenancy-related issues.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with retailers, keeping informed on their expansion plans, brand portfolios in Singapore, and stay updated on overall retail market trends.
