Team Overview

The Gaming division consists of experts in hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core genres. The 'Core' games team supports both internal and external studios globally in developing and launching new hit titles, whereas the 'Live' games team focuses on maximizing player engagement on existing successful games. Joining the Live games team means collaborating with seasoned professionals on internationally acclaimed titles and participating in innovative entrepreneurial projects. Currently, the team has more than 10 hybrid games, generating revenue exceeding $20 million annually.

You will be part of a Live Studio team working specifically on Paper.io 2, aiming to build an unforgettable iconic game. The team is small but highly skilled, handling every aspect from ideation to testing, and plans to expand while maintaining high standards.

As a Senior Game Developer, you will have a significant influence on the company's strategic and day-to-day decisions by collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary senior team. Your role also involves refining game design details, supervising testing processes, and iterating the game based on player feedback to deliver engaging experiences enjoyed by millions worldwide.

Candidate Profile

• Over 5 years of professional experience using C# and Unity for game development
• Documented success in releasing mobile games
• Advanced skills in one or more specialized fields such as animation, particle systems, shader programming, software architecture, performance optimization, or networking are highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on optimization and performance
• Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Creative and proactive developer committed to producing high-quality work
