Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based in Bangalore for a full-time position. This role entails managing daily accounting operations, ensuring precise financial documentation, supporting financial reporting activities, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete and updated financial records and books of accounts.
  • Process and record daily accounting activities including invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, and accruals.
  • Oversee both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Conduct periodic bank reconciliations and ledger verifications.
  • Manage accurate tracking of expenditures, revenues, assets, liabilities, and related financial transactions.
  • Ensure correct classification and thorough documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Assist with activities related to month-end and year-end financial closings.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Capable of handling strict deadlines and managing confidential financial information pertaining to department and partner accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities paired with a customer service mindset.
  • Educational background includes CA Intermediate qualification, or an M.Com, MBA, or B.Com degree with extensive experience.
