Role Overview

The Senior Engineering Manager role in the HR Products division involves leadership of the critical Employment Products segment, foundational to Rippling’s success. This position notably contributes to the company’s Global Expansion initiatives, offering high visibility and growth potential. The role balances technical expertise with product development leadership, including shaping product architecture.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead full lifecycle product development, delivering scalable solutions from concept to deployment.

• Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering growth and technical excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8 to 15 years of total experience combining individual contributor and managerial roles.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven track record in product development, delivering projects at various scales.
