Role Summary
We seek a skilled Senior DevOps Developer to join our engineering team. The candidate will specialize in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and facilitating deployment processes. Proficiency in scripting, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, containerization, and modern DevOps methodologies is essential.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain CI/CD workflows via Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Automate infrastructure deployment using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop and manage automation scripts in Bash, Python, YAML, and JSON.
- Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support scalable application deployments.
- Oversee source control with Git/GitHub, enforcing best practices.
- Implement containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance software delivery velocity and system reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve build and deployment challenges to optimize workflows.
- Engage throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Produce clean, well-documented, maintainable code adhering to industry standards.
- Debug production issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Contribute to and manage automated build, test, and deployment pipelines following DevOps principles.
- Partner with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure quality and alignment.
- Participate in code reviews to preserve code quality.
- Adhere to best practices concerning software development, security measures, and performance optimization.
