About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager specializing in Generative AI to lead transformative AI-powered projects and drive the incorporation of advanced AI tools throughout our client engagements. This role demands a blend of solid delivery management skills coupled with a strong technical foundation to implement impactful AI-enhanced solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and promote the adoption of Copilot within client accounts.
- Lead AI-centric transformation programs across various delivery teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery and project management processes to meet objectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to clean code standards.
- Oversee the implementation and refinement of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Design and govern the solution and technical architecture for ongoing projects.
- Champion AI adoption and AI-augmented delivery practices across accounts.
- Set up and monitor delivery performance metrics that assure high-quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship in people management.
- Ensure compliance with AI ethics, governance, and risk management policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 16 to 18 years of experience in software development.
- Background in AI-driven transformation initiatives and development.
- Proven expertise in delivery management and project oversight.
- Skilled in performing code reviews, managing CI/CD pipelines, and promoting clean coding methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of defining solution and technical architecture.
- Awareness of AI ethics, risk, and governance considerations.
- Competency in fostering AI adoption and AI-augmented delivery frameworks.
- Ability to define and track impactful delivery metrics.
- Strong experience in people management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with Engineering Excellence (EngX) practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Wealth Management domain is advantageous.
