Company Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to join our regional Data Intelligence team. This role integrates data analytics, competitive intelligence, AI-driven analysis, and project management, working with substantial and complex datasets spanning multiple markets and sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, combine, and clean large-scale datasets using SQL, covering multiple platforms, markets, and external data sources.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations leveraging Power BI or Looker/Looker Studio.
- Interpret digital media, competitive intelligence, and market data to uncover trends, anomalies, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Assess data reliability by validating, benchmarking, and applying statistical methods to detect discrepancies.
- Enhance data normalization, estimation, and benchmarking techniques across various markets and datasets.
- Use AI-powered analytical tools to accelerate analysis, improve quality assurance, investigate data issues, and generate in-depth insights.
- Apply AI-assisted coding and automation to reduce repetitive manual work and increase consistency in analysis.
- Maintain high-quality assurance standards and meticulously document methodologies, assumptions, and limitations.
- Lead and support full lifecycle analytics and reporting projects collaboratively with local and regional teams.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, quality checks, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external data providers to gather requirements, share insights, and resolve analytical challenges.
- Prioritize strategic objectives alongside ad-hoc analytical tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve analytical quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digital media analytics, or quantitative research.
- Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience handling large datasets; familiarity with BigQuery or similar cloud data environments is advantageous.
- Expertise with Power BI or Looker/Looker Studio for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Proven application of AI tools in analytics, research, problem-solving, or workflow enhancement.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in AI and data analytics through certifications, courses, or substantial projects.
- Strong analytical skills to validate data accuracy, investigate inconsistencies, and assess the validity of analytical outputs.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics, competitive intelligence, and quantitative market research methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to communicate analysis effectively via PowerPoint presentations.
- Capable of managing multiple analytical projects and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong dedication to maintaining data quality and accuracy.
