Role Summary

We seek a Senior Data Analyst to join our Wise Platform Pricing Analytics team. Wise Platform extends Wise's reach and cost efficiencies to business partners. This team manages pricing models and profit and loss analyses for Wise Platform, enabling price calculation for partners, assessing program financial health, and identifying growth and profitability enhancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and suggest improvements to Wise Platform pricing and costs that directly support profitability and growth objectives.
• Examine complex cost datasets, driving enhancements in data quality and allocation methods within Product Economics.
• Communicate product economics factors underpinning pricing, collaborating closely with experts to understand economic influences.
• Track and evaluate Wise Platform's financial performance, delivering valuable insights into key profitability drivers.
• Support pricing model enhancements by applying cost knowledge to pricing strategy development.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in data analytics roles.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across analytics, engineering, and business teams to implement impactful changes.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for constructing and maintaining complex datasets and experience with visualization tools to highlight vital insights.
• Familiarity with dbt and strong data modeling skills, capable of navigating complex dbt environments and producing scalable analytics assets.

Preferred Extras

• Experience in Pricing functions, particularly within B2B sectors.
• Background in Fintech or Financial Services industries.
• Knowledge of Lightdash or Superset visualization platforms.
• Competence with advanced analytics techniques including Python and statistical modeling.
