- Design user-focused dashboards in Tableau, Looker, and QuickSight that empower business units to track performance and make informed decisions.
- Enhance data integrity by utilizing dbt testing, freshness validation, anomaly detection, documentation, and conducting root-cause investigations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in roles like Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and handling extensive, complex datasets.
- Robust background in business analytics within sectors such as fintech, payments, eCommerce, gaming, or fast-growing online enterprises.
- Adept at translating ambiguous business problems into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Competence in dashboard creation utilizing BI platforms including Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with dbt covering modeling, testing, documentation, and reusable transformations.

- Familiarity with AWS data technologies such as Athena, S3, Glue, EMR, and Redshift.
- Analytical proficiency in Python, focusing on pandas, numpy, and introductory statistics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of key business metrics like TPV, revenue, margin, conversion rates, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
- Strong communication capabilities for engaging with business and leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize efficiently, and adapt swiftly within a dynamic environment.
Additional Desired Experience (Bonus)
