Senior Consultant - Workforce Advisory

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will be part of a global leader known for assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. This role involves engaging in transformational projects that place people at the center of organizational change and aligning workforce strategies with broader business goals. Your expertise will contribute to sustainable change by ensuring clients have the right talent, skillsets, and roles aligned with cost efficiencies, transforming people strategies into competitive advantages.

Key Areas of Focus

• Organization and Workforce Transformation: Implement integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies using scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, leveraging proprietary tools like EY Organization & Talent Hub.
• Change Experience & Learning: Define new workforce experiences promoting agile work methods such as Design Thinking and Digital Collaboration, driving adoption through digital platforms like EY Noggin Labs.
• Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Design leadership and cultural programs aligned with business strategy and evolving customer needs to foster modern leadership and innovation.
• HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagine the HR function including strategy, service models, cloud technology, and transform employee policies and rewards to meet business and individual objectives.

Responsibilities

The role demands delivering insightful, practical solutions to complex challenges across multiple client departments in compliance with commercial and legal requirements. You will work collaboratively and adapt creatively to each situation, maintaining a positive and agile mindset.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in workforce advisory or related HR consulting fields.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to collaborate across teams, solve complex problems practically, demonstrate curiosity, mindfulness, adaptability, and sustain positive energy.
