Core Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to tailor prospecting strategies targeting valuable clients across specific sectors and markets.
• Qualify leads by assessing organizational needs, decision-making frameworks, and compatibility with Infor's offerings to facilitate a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
• Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics, competitive activity, and evolving trends to optimize Infor’s value communication.
• Support sales pipeline management by diagnosing obstacles and aiding closure of deals.
• Maintain consistent communication with sales leadership regarding lead generation, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Mentor and guide junior BDRs to enhance their capabilities and meet sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software contexts.
• Skilled in creating and executing sales processes and strategies while staying abreast of industry trends.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and cold calling activities.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Familiarity with sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
