TSR Legal is representing a reputable and well-established law firm seeking a seasoned Senior Property Litigation Associate Solicitor to join their Birmingham office. This role presents an excellent prospect for a motivated property litigator to become part of a distinguished team handling complex, high-value disputes for a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad spectrum of commercial property dispute cases.
• Lead on significant and strategically important litigation matters within the commercial landlord and tenant space.
• Manage lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, dilapidations, and service charge disputes.
• Oversee possession and rent recovery actions.
• Address disputes related to development, investment, restrictive covenants, and land registration.
• Advise on rights to light and other specialized property dispute issues.
• Work on property-related insolvency cases.
• Manage own caseload independently while collaborating with senior colleagues.
• Support and mentor junior team members and partake in business development and networking activities.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in property or real estate litigation.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency across a wide range of real estate litigation issues.
• Track record of managing complex, high-value disputes with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Inclined toward mentoring junior colleagues.
• Interest in enhancing market presence through business development initiatives.
