Role Overview

As a Senior Associate specializing in Microsoft Fabric within the Data & Analytics Advisory team in Kolkata, you will contribute to harnessing data insights that empower clients' business decisions. Your role involves building and managing data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric tools, supporting data ingestion, transformation, and storage through Data Factory and Lakehouse technologies, and developing foundational data models for analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining data pipelines utilizing Microsoft Fabric components.
• Support data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes using Data Factory and Lakehouse architecture.
• Develop and sustain basic data models to facilitate reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to interpret business requirements and develop corresponding solutions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of data, contributing to data governance practice implementation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflow operations.
• Engage in code reviews, testing procedures, and proper documentation maintenance.
• Continuously update skills and adopt best practices in data engineering.
