Their expertise spans hospitality consultancy, feasibility analysis, architectural design, interior design, electromechanical systems, and full turnkey project execution. They have an established international presence with successful projects in hospitality, residential, commercial, and master planning sectors.
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect with more than 15 years of professional experience, preferably with prior experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in a large-scale project in Qatar by leading and coordinating the entire technical team and managing multi-disciplinary collaborations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead architectural design and design management processes across all project phases including feasibility, concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
- Coordinate architecture, structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines to ensure integration and timely delivery.
- Oversee multidisciplinary design reviews and manage interfaces and technical issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate expertise in contracts, providing client-side technical leadership and collaborating with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Handle stakeholder management and facilitate decision-making processes across multiple project facets.
- Possess strong commercial and contractual knowledge related to design and construction aspects.
- Have experience with large-scale and mega development projects.
- Experience in urban design or master planning is considered a valuable asset.
- Should be a versatile technical leader capable of representing the client’s interests, comprehending overall project scope, and effectively managing diverse technical teams.
Additional Information
Candidates currently based in Qatar or with substantial previous Qatar project experience will be preferred. This role requires onsite presence.
